Bilingual Software Guidelines and Standards - Welsh Language Board

If you would like to design a multi language website this could be a good reference work. Its about a bilingual website English/Welsh (!) and the document itselves is about 100 pages. Little bit hard to read it through but it have for sure some good ideas.
