Google News Belgium illegal?

The internet provider Planet Internet published an article about the newest Google News Belgium, started a week ago.
They declare there must be an agreement between Google and the newspapers from which Google qoutes there articles.
On the other hand the journalist federation reacts with a smile and refers to the action of the Belgian record companies, which is comparable with the reaction of the president of the Flemish publishers, prof. Alex Fordyn.
It would be a pitty if Google decides to filter there news snippets, like they did with the french AFP news announcements.
